How to go about using ELCAS?

1. Inquire via info@3rg.co.uk or 03302231776. Let us know your chosen course/s and dates so we can get you pencilled in.

2. You will receive a booking confirmation & joining instructions email from us confirming your booking. This can be used as evidence for your ELCAS claim.

3. You will also be sent a secure £250 deposit payment link by email. Please note that your place is NOT secured without making this payment. 

4. If you are still serving, please see your resettlement advisor/clerk to start ELCAS application. If you are no longer serving, however are still eligible to use your ELCAS, log in to your account and start your claim: Claiming ELC.

5. Once your claim has been approved, please send us your claim authorisation note (CAN) in the form of a pdf so we can get you added onto our learning provider ELCAS system.

6. Any outstanding payments after the deposit and ELCAS amount is taken off is due 14 days prior to course commencement. 

* Please note that payments via ELCAS are made directly to 3rg upon your course completion. Therefore no personal contributions for this amount needs to be made. 

* If you decide to cancel your course prior to it starting, you will need to email ELCAS about reimbursing the amount you applied for. If you didn't attend the course, 3rg won't be claiming ELCAS from you. 

Note: If you are wanting to attend multiple courses, please add course codes individually. These course codes will be added on to one claim. Students can add up to 3 courses on one ELCAS claim each tax year if courses are provided by the same learning provider.
